Service Description

General Rules & Guidelines - Due to Federal and state laws, no one under the age of 21 is permitted in Jake’s Bar or on Jake’s patio or green space, this includes the private room area and private patio. - Due to state law no outside beverages (any beverage not purchased & served by Jake’s Cigar Bar) of any kind, alcoholic or otherwise are allowed on premises. - Due to State ABC guidelines, all beverage containers must be provided by Jake’s cigar bar. This means no personal cups, insulated cups, or containers are allowed on the premises. - Due to contractual obligations, Jake’s can only play music from our Touchtunes music or the tv inside the bar. This includes the interior space of the private room. A bluetooth speaker is available to use but on the patio only. o No music may be played upstairs other than through the Touchtunes device or app. This includes, DJs, Karaoke, Bluetooth speakers, or live performance. - Due to local ordinance, no gambling, wagering, or nudity is allowed on premises. - Due to Health Department Guidelines, Jake’s is not permitted to store or hold any food products not sold at Jake’s Cigar Bar. Any food items brought by guests are the responsibility of the guest. - All local and state guideline concerning the servicing of alcohol apply to the private room area. This includes but is not limited to last call times, service times, and guests on property times. - The private room can be accessed up to 30 minutes before party reservation start time for set up and preparation purposes at no charge. Drinks cannot be served in the private room during the set up period. Any access to the room more than 30 minutes before reservation start time will require the purchase of the room for that hour at the standard rate. - All guests and items the guest wish to keep must be cleared from the room within 15 minutes of the end of the purchased time. This is necessary as we typically have parties reserved back to back and must prepare the room for the next guest. - Decorations are encouraged but may not be attached to the wall or surfaces with anything other than non-marking, painters’ tape. - All private room reservations require a $50 deposit and credit card in order to finalize reservation. The room will not be held until deposit is made.
